I feel like some of the most breathtaking days on trail are when the mountains are soft with the gentle mist and everything disappears as it falls into the distance.
I can literally smell the woods in this painting, the petrichor rich atmosphere and the silence go on for eternity. The moment you come out of the fog and feel the sunshine is a feeling that can never be replaced.
