Plein air painting on the Gulf of Mexico
Its an 8x10 acrylic painting on canvas board that will be available from our online store later today.
Creole Louisiana as far as our country would stretch, I found myself painting this piece while my wife, TyeDye Jen gave all the crabs their homes back that she admired for a day. She felt bad taking their shells, compounded by the fact some were still occupied.
She is a beautiful human. ❤️
This painting is from where we made our camp on the beach. We are enjoying the lapping sounds of the water, its sunny and near 70 degrees here so I decided to paint our first full camp along the way.
Ill keep creating as we journey from place to place. We are so excited to enjoy the moments.
Missing my kid and my dog back home but we talk every day.
Also, Happy Halloween every. I nearly forgot its Halloween. Its hard to think of fall in a summertime setting.
